Throughout her career, Ksenia immersed herself in various fields. She earned her Master's degree in Ecology and Genetics and actively participated in scientific research and teaching from 2006 to 2012. Alongside her academic pursuits, Ksenia's interests extended to the film industry, where she has also been educated and working as a director and producer since 2013 in Saint-Petersburg.

Her passion for knowledge of human nature, however, led her to explore yet another area — clinical psychology and psychotherapy, in which she became a professional, having further studied this area at the Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis.

Despite being occupied with her professional endeavors, Ksenia remained committed to a human personal development. In 2000, she formulated her own method of self-awareness and focusing of the consciousness later called "Neochanneling". Over the years, she has continued to hone her skills in this area, offering lectures and conducting practical seminars in Lithuania, Germany, and Russia.

In 2018, Ksenia began collaborating with Vladimir Skobelev on a project that aimed to enhance the work with personal growth game "Leela". They travelled to different parts of the world and held workshops to introduce their new method called "Leela with Guides." After a great response from people to these projects, Ksenia founded an online personality development school called "Guidance School," which offers courses such as "Student's Path," "Channeling for Self-care," and "Master-Channeling."

In 2021, she published a book on self-development, titled "The Crafted Pathway."

After over then 2000 personal channeling sessions Ksenia's extensive experience in this practice culminated in the development of a new psychotecnological method called "Neochanneling." In 2022, she worked in collaboration with a scientific group based in Moscow, and their studies showed that this method had a credible positive therapeutic impact on the psyche of practitioners. In 2023, the "Guidance School" received a license as an educational institution and began offering additional education for professionals.

For now, Ksenia's methods have had a significant impact on the lives of her students and clients, and we believe that continued work of "Guidance School" in human self-awareness and psychological well-being will undoubtedly benefit many more in the future.

2000 - the beginning of channeling practice
2018 - Invited as a speaker to the international festival «Masters of calm» in Vilnius, Lithuania, where she presents her method of focusing consciousness, gives a number of lectures and conducts practical exercises.
In the same year, she gives lectures in Moscow (the «Life Force Center»).
2018 - 2022 - collaboration with Vladimir Skobelev to improve the work with the metaphorical game of self-development «Lila», travel in Europe and Asia and carrying out the «Lila with Guides».
2020 - foundation of the online school of the Inner Personality Guide «Guidance School».
Creation of personal development courses «Student's path» and «Channeling for yourself».
2021 - publishing a book «The Crafted Pathway» ("The Master's Pathway") in Russia written by the technique of neochanneling.
2022 - creation of the personal development course «Masterchenneling», a number of open offline meetings dedicated to the channelling as psychotechnology (Indonesia, UAE, Kazakhstan, Russia, USA).
2022 - The method of consciousness focusing, developed by Kseniia, receives the official name - Neochanneling.
Together with a scientific group in Moscow, psychological studies of the neochanneling method (scientific name is Transgress Focusing) were conducted and a therapeutic effect on the psyche of the practitioner was found (publication will appear in November of 2023).
2023 - "Guidance School" is licensed as an educational institution and provides further education courses for professionals.
